Refund Policy

At Evzen, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased. If you're having a shipping and/or product issue and you're frustrated, send us an email to [email protected] and our team will help you immediately.

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through www.evzen-elite.com. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all unused products and in the same original packaging you received it. A photo of the product will be requested before the return process begins.

RETURN POLICY

1. Not satisfied with your order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, 7 days from the date you received the product in a like-new condition, without visible wear, you (buyer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item if not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and exchange is not due to our error.

Attention: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international purchases, the customer must bear customs costs in accordance with the law of each country.

Evzen is not responsible for any additional costs imposed by each state; these should be known to the buyer residing in the country.

Customized products may also be refunded, however, the refund is partial. It amounts to 70% of the total value after deducting shipping and taxes.

If your order has not yet been dispatched and is not with the carrier, the refund is total, including shipping costs.

2. Damaged or poor quality items

If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please contact us immediately within 7 days from the date you received the product and specify
Clearly damage, defects or wrong items, including a picture of the package with clear tracking number shown and the picture of the product received.
Our online returns department will inspect your complaints and proceed with the options available to return defective products for a replacement or gift card. We will be happy to ship a replacement for the original item(s) purchased at no charge, provided the merchandise is available.

Attention: Item 2 shall no longer be valid upon the occurrence of the opening or disassembly of the controller, provided that such action is performed by a technician authorized by Evzen Elite and for the purposes of repair, maintenance, or verification of compliance with the technical specifications.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund will be provided to the original payment method upon receipt, inspection and confirmation that the returned product has not been used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process your refund. However, this may take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement before contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.

The refund amount will be the value of the goods purchased minus shipping costs, except if the product has a defect or problem without customer consent.

CANCELLATION

1. Canceling unsent orders
If you are canceling your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at [email protected]
For the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thanks!

2. Cancel sent order
If you are canceling orders when your package has already shipped or is en route to its destination,
please contact us and then refuse to accept the package as we cannot return it at that time.
We will refund your payment after deducting shipping costs. A refund will be issued once the package starts to return.

Guarantee

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

- Damage caused by an accident;
- Inappropriate care;
- Normal wear;
- Breakage of colors and materials due to exposure to the sun;
- post-market modifications.

Returns/exchanges of products with exposure to water will not be accepted.
