Shipping and Delivery Policy

Evzen works with the following shipping method:

 

1. Products with shipping by carrier

1.1. Purchase policy

All products available on www.evzen-elite.com are shipped directly from our distribution centers closest to the address given at the time of purchase,
and delivery takes from 5 to 30 business days (on average after posting the product) depending on the location and the items purchased. For products without customization, the product is shipped within 3 working days after confirmation of payment in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended for a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses or periods of high demand for the post office.

The store guarantees delivery of the order, we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free internet tracking, and delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Shipping insured

"If the product is delayed and is not delivered within 69 business days of posting, the insurance will be activated and we will start the process of refunding the product value or reshipping".

Important: Evzen needs confirmation from the carrier that the product will not be delivered or that it has been lost in order to activate the insurance and receive the insured amounts, in the case of products still on delivery routes, we are required to wait for the status to change in order to file the claim with the carrier.

1.3. Order Tracking

The products will be sent by Post or another carrier, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to follow the progress of the delivery, Evzen is committed to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to our team. The order tracking code is informed 1-6 business days after confirmed shipment. It may take 1-3 days for the tracking code to start appearing shipping information on the carrier's website.

 

2. General Conditions

2.1. Care with the Addressing of Orders

Evzen will arrange for the shipment of the products to the address the customer requests. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask for your attention when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Absent recipient

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. Carriers can make up to three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the agency closest to the address, and, in this case, it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to withdraw it within 7 calendar days.

If the recipient of the order does not carry out the withdrawal, as a rule by the Post Office, the package will return to the sender, being necessary to pay a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the shipping agency where the recipient must pick up his package in the event of absence at the address, they are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the carrier's website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Evzen is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling out of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per the Carriers' rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

In case the delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, payment will be required of a new shipping (the value varies according to the region of the country) to resend the product.
